Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is part Italian. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
