Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 better called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American musician and rapper. The stage name is the combined name of a favorite uncle who has the first name and the first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major-label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, and also an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic and T.I. Then, he launched his Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013 Scott self-released his first full-length project, Owl Pharaoh. Then, he was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit song "Antidote". His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott continued to release albums that year, including an album with a name of Huncho Jack Huncho, which was released under the name Huncho Jack. The third studio album Astroworld was also received acclaim by critics. The album also produced the first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. Following his hit single "Franchise" that featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the compilation album JackBoys. in the year 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs reach the top spot within less than a year.
